Our Team

Nghiem Dinh, OD grew up in Southern California and has called Washington his home for the past five years. He completed his Bachelor’s of Science degree from the California State University Poly- Pomona, majoring in business marketing and then went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2013 from the Southern California College of Optometry.

Dr. Dinh completed his optometric externships at the San Diego Naval Hospital, Center for Partially Sighted, and North Las Vegas VA Hospital. He specializes in fitting specialty contact lenses, including astigmatism and multifocal lenses.

Dr. Dinh also co-manages refractive surgery. He believes excellent patient care is established by listening to patients to improve their overall quality of life.

In his free time, Dr. Dinh enjoys spending time outdoors, going to Orangetheory, cooking, and trying new restaurants in the PNW.

Rebekah Louie, OD is a Seattle native who has practiced on the Eastside for the past five years. She graduated from the University of Redlands in Southern California with a Bachelor’s of Science degree with honors.

Dr. Louie then received her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors in 2013 from the Southern California College of Optometry, where she also completed a post-doctoral residency in Pediatric Optometry and Vision Therapy in 2014.

Dr. Louie has considerable training in managing binocular vision disorders, strabismus and amblyopia, and pediatric primary care optometry, as well as, contact lens examinations, glaucoma management, ocular disease and co-management of cataract surgery.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Optometric Physicians of Washington.

Dr.Louie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks in her spare time. She is friendly, compassionate, and ready to take care of your eye health needs.

Julie Lieuw, OD, attended the University of California at Berkeley & the Illinois College of Optometry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude & class salutatorian.

She has practiced in Illinois, California, Maryland, and Washington state due to her husband’s various military assignments & returned to the PNW in 2021.

Outside of wor,k she enjoys any outdoor activities, especially golf & pickleball.
